Commercial Boulevard is the spine. The Florida’s Turnpike interchange at Commercial Boulevard is the Tamarac exit, and the Sawgrass Expressway meets Commercial Boulevard just to the west. There is no I-95 frontage, so eastbound trips reach the interstate via Commercial Boulevard or Oakland Park Boulevard.
Tamarac has one of the densest concentrations of gated and 55-plus housing in Broward County.
