A Mercedes-Benz Sprinter keeps a group together. One vehicle, one arrival time, one chauffeur — instead of three cars leapfrogging each other across Broward and Miami-Dade. We run executive Sprinters, with a chauffeur, out of Miramar.
What the Sprinter holds
The executive Mercedes-Benz Sprinter seats up to 13 in captain’s chairs, with Wi-Fi, USB charging and room to stand up and move around. Luggage capacity runs to roughly the same number of standard suitcases.
Below about six passengers, an SUV is usually the better answer and we will tell you so. The Sprinter earns its place when the group is large enough that the alternative is two or three vehicles — because two vehicles means two chauffeurs, two arrival times and a group that cannot talk to each other in transit.
Above thirteen, tell us the full headcount when you enquire rather than splitting the booking yourself. We will lay out the options and price them before you commit.
Count the bags, not just the seats
Seat count and luggage count do not run out together, and on airport runs it is usually the bags that decide. A full party flying home from a week abroad is not the same booking as the same people going to dinner. Golf clubs take roughly the space of a large suitcase. Formalwear needs room and needs not to be crushed. Tell us the bag count when you book and the right vehicle shows up the first time.
What we move groups for
- Corporate roadshows. Four to six executives who can work between stops, on one schedule.
- Airport group arrivals. MIA, FLL and DJT (formerly Palm Beach International), with the flight tracked so the vehicle is there when you land.
- Wedding parties. Bridal party and guests moved on one schedule, to the venue and back.
- Conference and crew shuttles. Repeat runs on a fixed schedule, confirmed against the venue’s access rules.
- Nights out and events. One vehicle beats coordinating four rideshares at 11:30 p.m., and it is waiting where you left it.

Group transportation FAQs
How far ahead should I book a Sprinter?
Sprinters go first because there are fewer of them than sedans and SUVs. For peak season — November through April — and for any Saturday, book as early as you can. Weekday and off-season dates have far more room.
Can the Sprinter make multiple stops?
Yes. Multi-stop itineraries and as-directed hourly work are both standard. Tell us the stops and roughly how long at each, and we will build the timing into the quote.
Do you handle car seats?
Tell us the number of seats and the children’s ages when you book, not on the day, and we will confirm what we can provide.
Is the price all-in?
Yes. You get one fixed number with the vehicle named. Additional time is quoted before it happens, not discovered on the invoice.
Most Sprinter bookings fall into one of three shapes. Group nights out and venue runs are covered on our event transportation page. Team travel, offsites and client roadshows sit with corporate transportation. And if you are working out how many seats you actually need for a Miramar-area group, the Miramar group transportation guide walks through sizing it properly.
