Effective 27 August 2026.
Rodlymo Luxury Transportation (“Rodlymo”, “we”, “us”) is a chauffeured ground transportation company based in Miramar, Florida. This policy explains what we collect when you use rodlymo.com or book a trip with us, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can do about it. It is written to describe what actually happens rather than to cover every theoretical case.

Information you give us
When you send a quote request, contact us, or make a reservation, we ask for the information needed to price and run the trip:
- Your name, email address and phone number.
- Trip details: pickup and drop-off addresses, date and time, number of passengers, luggage, vehicle preference, and any special requirements you tell us about.
- Flight or aircraft details when the trip involves an airport or an FBO, so we can track the arrival.
- Anything else you write in the message field or tell us by phone or email.
Please send only the information the trip requires. We never need medical details, identity documents or card numbers by email or text, and we ask that you do not send them. If a booking needs a card on file, we send a secure payment link instead — see Reservations and payment below.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, rodlymo.com records technical information when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, the pages you view, how long you stay, the site or search that sent you, and an approximate location derived from your IP address.
We also use two analytics tools that record how visitors interact with pages — mouse movement, clicks, scrolling and navigation — so we can see where the site is confusing. These recordings are of page interactions, not of your screen or other tabs, and they are used in aggregate to improve the site.
Cookies and tracking technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for four purposes:
- Necessary: keeping the site working, remembering form state, and page caching.
- Analytics: understanding which pages people use and where they leave.
- Advertising measurement: understanding which advertisements lead to inquiries, and showing our advertisements to people who have visited the site.
- Embedded content: the Google reviews displayed on our pages, and web fonts.
The third-party services that set or receive this information are:
- Google — Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads and Google Search Console, for measurement and advertising; and Google Fonts, which loads typefaces.
- Microsoft Clarity — page interaction analytics.
- Crazy Egg — page interaction analytics.
- Trustindex — displays our Google reviews on the site.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on, and you can change what Google shows you at myadcenter.google.com. Blocking cookies will not stop you from booking a trip by phone or email.
Reservations and payment
Reservations and quote requests are handled through Limo Anywhere (book.mylimobiz.com), a reservation platform operated by a separate company. When you complete a booking there, the details you enter — including any payment card information — are collected and processed by Limo Anywhere under their own privacy policy and security controls.
We do not collect or store full payment card numbers on rodlymo.com.
Card authorization. When a booking needs a card on file, we email you a secure payment link. You enter the card details yourself on the payment processor’s own page, and the authorization happens there. The card number never travels by email and never reaches our inbox. What we see afterwards is only what the processor shows us: the cardholder name, the card type, the last four digits, and whether the authorization succeeded.
We will never ask you to email, text or read us a card number, and we do not ask for a copy of your driver’s license or any other identity document. We will never ask for your online banking login, your card PIN, or a one-time verification code sent to your phone. Nothing about a legitimate booking with us requires any of those.
If you receive a message asking for any of them and claiming to be from Rodlymo, it did not come from us. Do not reply to it — call us on (855) 915-5466 and we will tell you exactly what we sent you.
How we use your information
- To price a quote and answer your inquiry.
- To arrange and run the trip, including dispatching a chauffeur and tracking your flight.
- To contact you about a booking — confirmations, chauffeur and vehicle details, changes and delays. These are service messages and are sent whether or not you have opted into marketing.
- To keep records of trips for accounting, insurance and dispute resolution.
- To review quote requests for signs of fraud before confirming a reservation.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
- To measure whether our advertising works.
- To send offers or updates — only if you have asked to receive them, and every such message includes a way to stop.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
We share what is necessary with:
- Chauffeurs and affiliate operators. The chauffeur assigned to your trip receives your name, phone number, pickup and drop-off details and any relevant instructions. If a trip is covered by an affiliate operator — which can happen for simultaneous bookings or trips outside our area — that operator receives the same details in order to carry out the trip.
- Service providers who run the systems we use: our reservation platform, website host, email delivery provider and the analytics and advertising services named above. They may only use the information to provide their service to us.
- Professional advisers, insurers and authorities where the law requires it, or where it is needed to establish or defend a legal claim, investigate fraud, or protect someone’s safety.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not become bookings are kept while they may still be relevant and then deleted. Trip records and the invoices attached to them are kept for as long as accounting, tax and insurance obligations require. Website analytics data is kept according to each provider’s retention settings, which are measured in months rather than years.
Security
The site runs over an encrypted connection, access to booking records is limited to people who need it, and payment details are handled by our reservation platform rather than by us. Because card details are entered on the processor’s own page rather than sent to us, there is no card number or identity document in our email or our files for anyone to steal. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information you send us over the internet, but we take reasonable steps to protect it.
Your choices and rights
Whatever state or country you are in, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you;
- correct it if it is wrong;
- delete it, where we are not required to keep it for accounting, insurance or legal reasons;
- stop sending you marketing messages.
Email info@rodlymo.com and we will respond. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and we will not treat you differently for making one.
Residents of California, Florida and other states with consumer privacy laws have these rights by statute, including the right to know what is collected, to have it deleted, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. As stated above, we do not sell personal information. To opt out of advertising cookies, use your browser’s cookie controls or the Google settings linked earlier.
Children
The site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. Children frequently travel with us, but their details reach us from the adult making the booking, and we ask that only what the trip requires is provided. If you believe a child has given us information directly, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other sites
Our pages link to other websites — our reservation platform, review sites, professional associations and venue or airport information. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices, and this policy does not apply to them.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and change the effective date at the top. Material changes will be noted here rather than made quietly.
