Reservations
We recommend booking in advance, and advance reservations carry no extra reservation fee. We may also accommodate short-notice requests; call us or book online to check availability. Once we accept your reservation, Rodlymo sends a confirmation email with the trip details. Please review the confirmation carefully and contact us promptly if anything needs a correction.

Cancellations and Changes
Cancellations and Changes
If you change or cancel at least six hours before the scheduled pickup time, we do not charge a cancellation fee. If you change or cancel within six hours of pickup, or after the scheduled pickup time, we may charge the full trip fare plus applicable compensation charges. You must change or cancel each reservation separately. For pickups scheduled between 12:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., contact us no later than 11:00 p.m. the preceding night to avoid these charges. Rodlymo provides transportation service and staffed reservations support 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Airport Pickup Information
Airport Pickups
For airport pickups, your chauffeur meets you at the designated baggage-claim or pickup area and displays a sign with the passenger’s name when meet-and-greet service applies. Rodlymo tracks your flight to monitor early arrivals and delays using the flight details you provide with your reservation. Domestic airport reservations include 30 minutes of complimentary wait time. Please make sure the airline, flight number, arrival airport, and passenger contact information are accurate.
No-Show Charges
If You Can’t Find Your Chauffeur
If you cannot locate your chauffeur at the designated pickup area, call Rodlymo dispatch before leaving. Stay at the pickup location until dispatch gives instructions or connects you with the chauffeur. If you leave without contacting Rodlymo, we may treat the reservation as a no-show and charge the full trip fare plus any applicable waiting-time charges.
